Meadowlark: The Cover Version

This is the version I created for my Meadowlark quilt pattern, using all Ruby Star Society Add It Up fabrics. I love how the itty bitty pluses add just a smidge more dimension but it kind of reads as a solid. Especially for that background fabric! And these colors are just so fun!

Fabrics

Accent Colors

Add It Up in:

    • Chambray
    • Earth
    • Strawberry, and
    • Soft Aqua

Background and Binding

  • Add It Up Neon Pink

Backing

  • Ruby Star Society Fruit Flowers in Sorbet

The lovely quilting was done by my friend, Lilo, of Trace Creek Quilting. We chose Easy Peasy Baptist fans for the quilting pantograph and I love how soft and cozy this one turned out. I decided to keep it all simple with a binding that matched the background fabric, with the exception of one little corner. I love touches like that and I'm glad I took time to scrounge through my scraps for that extra blue strip of fabric.

I'm so happy to add this one to my stack of 2022 makes. It's a favorite pattern for me, and you can find it in my shop here
